iHub Solutions is a Perth-based technology group founded in 2003 by Andrew Skender. From its origins as a boutique web development and CRM integration firm, the company has grown into a multi-entity technology group delivering proprietary SaaS platforms, field service automation, and AI-powered solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.

With a 22-person team backed by an Indonesia development centre, iHub Solutions combines the agility of a boutique studio with the depth of an established enterprise. The group owns four proprietary software platforms: WasteVantage, iHub CRM, TaskIT, and HiThere AI.

iHub Solutions is Perth's leader in AI and automated digital workflow implementation, helping businesses reduce operating costs and navigate the demands of 2026 and beyond. The group is currently seeking new custom development clients.

2003

Founded in Perth, WA

Began as a web development and CRM integration business serving retail and logistics customers.

2006

iHub CRM v1 Launched

Built the first fully proprietary version of iHub CRM, owning the IP and gaining complete control of the platform.

About the Founder

Built on Resilience, Driven by Innovation

Andrew Skender grew up on a remote farm near Kalbarri, Western Australia, where the demands of rural life built the foundation of his resilience and problem-solving mindset. Managing crops, livestock, and long working days from an early age taught him that success requires making the most of every available resource.

Before entering technology, Andrew had already built and sold two successful businesses over a 15-year period. In 2000, he returned to study Software Engineering, opening the door to combining entrepreneurial instincts with a passion for creative and disciplined technical work.

Over 20 years in software engineering, Andrew has developed deep specialisation in business automation, CRM systems, waste management software, and AI-driven workflow optimisation. He has been serving the waste and field services industries for over 17 years and is recognised as one of Australia's most experienced voices in that sector.
